Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive - Family Law Team

We're working with a busy Family Law team who are looking to welcome a proactive Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to support their growing caseload.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of family law experience, particularly in Care work, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior fee earners with a busy Care caseload
• Opening files and managing diaries
• Preparing bundles and assisting with hearings
• Liaising with courts, experts, and agencies
• Handling client communications and appointments
• Legal aid assessments and applications via CCMS
• General legal and administrative support

What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter with excellent time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to meet client and team needs
• Experience with Case Management Systems and Laser forms (essential)
• Familiarity with Legal Aid Agency Portal (CCMS) (essential)
• Excel skills (desirable)

Location:
Wirral

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Job Type:
Full-time, Office-based (Hybrid option post-probation)
