- Opportunity to shape and mature Information Governance capability
Due to ongoing investment in data governance and compliance, we’re seeking an experienced Microsoft Purview Specialist to join a well‑established UK organisation.
With access to the full Microsoft Purview suite under top‑tier licensing, the business is now looking to fully leverage the platform beyond basic eDiscovery usage and embed robust Information Governance practices across the organisation.
You will be responsible for expanding and optimising the organisation’s use of Microsoft Purview, moving beyond reactive eDiscovery processes into proactive, structured Information Governance.
While eDiscovery is currently in place (largely supporting GDPR/DPA requests), this role will focus on implementing and managing the wider Purview feature set, ensuring data is correctly classified, labelled, protected and monitored across the estate.
This is not a role for someone with surface‑level exposure or purely theoretical knowledge. We’re looking for hands‑on, real‑world experience implementing governance controls in a live enterprise environment — someone who understands the practical challenges and common pitfalls of rolling out Information Governance at scale.
