Job OverviewWe are looking for a Talent and Retention Officer to join our People Services Team. This exciting and diverse role involves supporting the onboarding of new employees and handling a range of HR-related queries.
ResponsibilitiesYou will provide effective support and advice for recruitment and retention activities, assist the Senior Talent and Retention Business Partner, and act as the first point of contact for all initial customer enquiries across phone, email, social media, and face‑to‑face.
QualificationsExcellent communication skills and experience with recruitment are required. Candidates should have the ability to support managers, employees, and candidates efficiently.
