Job title: Flexible (Bank) Support Worker
Location: Wirral and NW Cheshire
Salary: £12.60 ph (incl. holiday pay)
Hours: Work as part of our team of Flexible Support Workers (Bank/Relief) choosing when you work from our list of available shifts. Our day time shifts are typically 7.30am to 4pm or 4pm to 10.30pm; this may vary by service. Waking night shifts are typically 9.45pm to 7.45am.

- Accompany the people we support to leisure and personal activities or appointments
- Support people to attend work or day time activities - often in our own Day Services
- Help to maintain good domestic standards within the service (house) – encouraging the service user to participate in all domestic activities
- Help with personal care if required
- Update paperwork and other administration tasks as needed
- Prepare meals with the people we support – ensuring they have a healthy and balanced diet
- Administer medication as and when required (full training provided)
- Support people through times when they are feeling anxious and display risk behaviours
