Are you a qualified social worker looking for an exciting new opportunity? Due to career progression, we have a vacancy working within our Integrated Services for adults with disabilities based at the Millennium Centre in Leasowe Wirral.

Our team works with people with complex needs to support them, and their carers, to get the outcomes they need. CWP is at the forefront of health and social care integration and this service lends itself to developing new, innovative ways of working together.

• You will be a person-centered practitioner and will have experience of carrying out Care Act assessments, developing personalized support plans, completing mental capacity assessments, and taking a lead on safeguarding enquiries.
• A good understanding of asset and strength-based approaches to assessment and support planning is vital.
• Shortlisting for this vacancy is due to commence on 11/02/2026 and the proposed interview date is 24/02/2026 AND 25/02/2026.

• You must be a qualified social worker and registered with SWE.
• We welcome applications from newly qualified staff or from social work students in their final year of practice. The salary for these circumstances differs from Band 6.
