Shift Pattern and Working Hours

24‑hour cover with rotating shifts including nights. Flexible and part‑time working is considered.

Induction and Training

All new starters commence in post on a fixed start date each month in line with the Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme, offering up to three weeks of training to meet induction and initial training requirements.
