• Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented nursing team to deliver their very best.

• Ensure standards, codes of conduct, and clinical systems are not just met, but exceeded.

24‑hour cover with rotating shifts including nights. Flexible and part‑time working is considered.

All new starters commence in post on a fixed start date each month in line with the Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme, offering up to three weeks of training to meet induction and initial training requirements.
