We are looking for three dynamic Advanced Clinical Leaders to join our forward‑thinking team and help shape the future of inpatient care. Springview Hospital comprises All‑Age Acute, PICU and Organic wards, offering a diverse and stimulating environment. These newly created roles provide the chance to make a real impact across a progressive and innovative service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to work across a 7‑day service, including twilight and occasional night shifts. Shortlisting for this vacancy commences on 12 February 2026 and the proposed interview date is 27 February 2026.

Clinical Leadership
  • Provide strong leadership across unit teams and management support
  • Act as a source of expertise within a multi‑disciplinary framework
  • Support complex cases through specialist assessment and care planning
Quality Improvement
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best practice
  • Identify learning themes and implement responsive strategies
  • Represent the unit at Trust‑wide meetings and local Steering Groups
Staff Development
  • Deliver training and promote further education opportunities
  • Facilitate clinical supervision and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve high standards of patient care
