Hours per week - 42 hours per week
Requirement - It is intrinsic for the role for the successful applicant to hold a valid driving licence as duties will include taking vulnerable adults on days out.

ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
You will be a specialist service providing the primary route into Residential Services. Working with a team of specialist care staff, you will be supporting complex individuals to identify a baseline of behaviour and, through skilled interventions, improve quality of life. You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support, helping them to live independently within their local community.
You will support individuals within their home environment along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs. In this role you will be supporting individuals with complex needs to promote their wellbeing and independence.
Hours of work: 42 hours per week on a rota basis between 7.30am – 10.00pm.

- Sleep ins:
Some locations require sleep-in duties. These are payable at £60 per night. - Overtime pay:
Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour on weekdays or £2.00 per hour on weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay. - Rota:
Typically over a 3-week cycle and includes evening and weekend working.
