This role is ideal for teachers, teaching assistants, or experienced tutors who enjoy working 1:1 and helping young people build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve meaningful progress.

The Role Youll deliver personalised, face-to-face sessions in pupils homes or local community settings (e.g. libraries), tailoring each lesson to individual learning styles and needs. Your focus will be to:
Strengthen core skills in Maths and English (Science desirable) Boost confidence and motivation Plan engaging, structured sessions Support steady academic progress A patient, supportive approach and strong communication skills are essential.
