Pay: From 140 per day, dependent on experience

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a wide network of primary schools across the Wirral who are seeking reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to provide cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexibility, varied school experience, or a better work-life balance, while still working consistently within local schools.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across primary year groups.

• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

• Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines.

• Provide continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Flexible, reliable and professional approach.

• Ability to work across different year groups as required.
