Fixed Term (with potential for permanent) SALARY: £28,000- £36,000 INTERVIEWS:

Utopia are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Lead who can implement our ethos of providing Accessible, Approachable and Aspirational support whilst being committed to achieving our mission statement: ‘To balance the academic and personal development outcomes of students based on their individual needs and aspirations. Utilising parental engagement to ensure that each student is appropriately prepared for adulthood.’

The successful candidate will be an outstanding, passionate and resilient Pastoral Lead who can drive the school’s strategic vision to create a learning experience where students feel happy, safe, and create lasting memories, surrounded by people who appreciate their uniqueness, support their success, and foster their personal growth.

We have amazing young people with supportive parents who buy into our way of working, creating a lovely school environment, where pupils are re-enthused about their education and eager to learn.
