SEN Teacher (ARP) | Barnet | Immediate Start Are you passionate about supporting children with ASD? A fantastic opportunity has opened in Barnet for a dedicated SEN Teacher or aspiring SEN Teacher to join a newly established ARP within a supportive mainstream primary school. Qualified and unqualified teachers are welcome to apply. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while helping to shape a developing specialist provision.

SEN Teacher | ARP

Role Overview Full-time, permanent role starting immediately Full-time, permanent role starting immediately Specialist ARP within a mainstream primary school Support a small cohort of EYFS and KS1 pupils with ASD and EHCPs Plan and deliver personalised learning, using assessment to inform provision Lead and work alongside LSAs Support personal and toileting care as required Work closely with the SENDCo and communicate regularly with parent Person Specification Qualified Teachers PGCE with QTS (Primary or SEN) Experience or strong interest in supporting pupils with ASD Confident leading small groups and 1:1 interventions within a specialist setting Person Specification Unqualified Teachers Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field

Experience with ASD (desirable) Willing to support personal/toilet care Understanding of EHCPs or willingness to learn Salary available up to Unqualified Teacher Scale 5, depending on experience.
