Your responsibilities will include:- Plan and deliver appropriate and engaging lessons to class of Nursery or Reception pupils in line with the school and National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters the personal growth of every pupil.
- Provide clear, accurate, and constructive feedback to colleagues to support continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships by liaising effectively with parents and external agencies.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress regularly, identify areas for development, and implement targeted strategies to help them achieve their goals.
- Strong Catholic values and Ethos shown in both pupils and all staff members.
- 2 Form Entry.
- Inclusive and welcoming with a community-feel where each child is valued and supported.
- Dedication to the inclusion of all SEND pupils by all staff members.
- Separate Pre-school room to allow a transition period for children before they enter Reception.
- Ofsted Rated Good in all areas.
- Breakfast, After-school and Holiday Club offered to all pupils to allow Wrap around care all year round.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching EYFS classes.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Clear and good understanding of safeguarding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
