Contract: Full‑time, Locum (3 months)

What you will do:
  • Provide high-quality supervision, guidance, and support to foster carers to ensure positive outcomes for children in their care.
  • Undertake regular visits and assessments of foster placements to maintain strong safeguarding standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions to foster carers, strengthening their skills and capacity.
  • Work closely with social work teams to support effective care planning and joined‑up practice.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up‑to‑date records of supervision sessions and casework.
