• Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS
  , supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child in your care
• Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
