Salary: £26,742.81 - £28,107.44 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and external agencies.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people in line with legislation.
- Support care, health, and education plans to encourage personal growth.
- Understanding of young people s developmental needs.
- Knowledge of Child Protection and Social Care procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and flexibility.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

- Fully funded Level 3/4 Health & Social Care qualifications.
- Support towards a Therapeutic Childcare Bachelor s Degree.
