Programme Administrator

Location: Wirral

Programme Administrator – Permanent – Wirral - £30k-£38k

Forrest Recruitment are seeking a Programme Administrator, a key operational role to provide administration support to a small team.

You will follow established processes, to ensure excellent organisation, communication and delivery of programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinating the day-to-day administration of programmes

* Acting as a point of contact for students and tutors, responding to queries and providing clear, timely support

* Supporting programme delivery across online and attendance-based formats

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with internal and educational processes

* Working closely with internal teams to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and consistently

The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and administrative skills, be proactive, detail orientated and a confident communicator.
