We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team.

• Role 1 - 36 hours per week (3 shifts over 7 days 7am to 7.30pm. Alternate weekends)
• Role 2 - 24 hours per week (2 shifts over 7 days 7am to 7.30pm. Alternate weekends)

• Provide person-centred personal care and support with daily living activities
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Monitor health needs and report concerns to senior staff
• Assist with mobility, continence care, meals and use of equipment
• Support residents to engage in social activities and events
• Contribute to care planning and act as a Key Worker as required

• Kind, respectful and dependable
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work the required hours
• Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
