Children's Soccer Instructor Weekday evenings & Saturday Mornings Binghamton

Soccer Shots is a leading children's fitness franchise, and we're looking for dedicated and passionate instructors to join our team. We aim to impact the next generation through the game of soccer, and we need individuals who share our vision.

We operate in various locations, including daycares, preschools, and community centers, across Broome, Cortland, Chemung, Chenango, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. Our sessions run Monday through Friday, with some indoor programs launching in the evenings and Saturday mornings.

We offer flexible scheduling, but once your schedule is set, it won't change. You'll be at the same locations at the same time each week, and we need you to be committed for the entire season. Our seasons typically last 7-8 weeks, and we're hiring now to train and onboard new instructors for our upcoming season.

Soccer Shots instructors start at $18/session as co-coaches and $20/session as lead coaches, with opportunities to increase their rate up to $28/session in subsequent seasons. We prioritize our instructors' safety, caring, organization, responsibility, and energy, and we require a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
