Registered Nurse – Acute Care - Stroke/Tele – Full Time - Nights

Up to a $25,000 sign on bonus for qualified RNs! Full Time night Registered Nurse RN on Acute Care 3 at Lourdes Hospital.

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing. Required professional licensure at time of hire.

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $54.12 per hour plus differentials!
