Full Time day Registered Nurse RN on Acute Care 3 at Lourdes Hospital.
Department
Description:
Acute Care 3 is a 31-bed acute care unit at Guthrie Lourdes. They see patients with respiratory illness, strokes, diabetes, wounds, and other acute care illnesses.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing. - License:
Required professional licensure at time of hire.
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $54.12
