Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Supply Chain Leader leads a maintenance team that includes the Building and Grounds Maintenance Team and Building Utility Technicians. They are responsible for people and team development, motivating the team, and ensuring quality performance. Responsibilities include reliability, cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the entire team across all shifts. This role will also include achieving site performance for uptime, equipment reliability, facilities upkeep, capital expenditure execution, resource conservation, and overall equipment effectiveness.
This role will also coach team members to strategize, utilize correct processes and facilitate problem-solving on the floor.
- Oversee Maintenance of all Building/Utility and its outside grounds
- Systems will include but not limited to HVAC, Process Steam Boiler Steam System, Air Compressors, Service Water Skids, Building Infrastructure/Fixtures and Grounds, Electrical Infrastructure, Utilities
- Lead team of 8-10 hourly maintenance mechanics with varying levels of experience and education
- Cap Ex Project execution for equipment in Facilities department.
- Execution of Resource Conservation tactics and partnership with Sustainability Manager to drive the RC agenda.
- Coach and Develop Front Line Team to solve technical and operational issues
- Responsible for people and team development, quality, performance, cost, service, and safety
- Motivate the team to achieve performance targets
- Build capability of maintenance technicians to reach short & long-term performance goals
- Improve team communication and engagement
- Solve daily operational issues
- Administer policies and practices
- Facilitate and Execute Large Scale Expense Projects
- Provide Direct Interface to Departmental Customers (Production, Warehouse, Sanitation, etc.)
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

- We are hiring for 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- Two years of technical or engineering degree required
- Two plus years of industrial maintenance, project management, and facilities management preferred
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge the team to do the same
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership and management skills required
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy needed to work with software packages such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Team building skills to lead the maintenance team and drive results
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC's would be beneficial
- Financial knowledge would be beneficial
