Senior Branch Manager
Position OverviewAs a Senior Branch Manager, in addition to oversight of day-to-day operations of a branch, you have an expanded role in the following areas that may include managing multiple branches, employee development across the region, expanded business development targets, a licensed professional in Wealth Management or another specialty area. You drive the achievement of established service and sales objectives for the branch as you autonomously lead the team to meet benchmarks.
Oversight of branch staff, operations, sales, and delivery of exceptional member service. Demonstrate upholding the company culture by consistently embodying and translating the organization's values into tangible actions for your team. Mentor and cultivate the growth and development of your direct reports through coaching. Contribute to the growth and profitability of the branch through business development efforts and outreach within your community.
This position is seen as a leader within the region and will take on special projects within their designated specialty area.
Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM to 12:30PM.
Compensation Range$95,000/yr - $135,000/yr

Position is on-site at our Johnson City, NY Branch 100 Pavilion Road, Johnson City, NY. Coverage at our Metro Center Branch 49 Court Street Binghamton, NY.
Responsibilities- Ensure branch activities are aligned with the broader regional strategies set forth by regional management.
- Collaborate with other branch managers to share best practices, leverage resources, and collectively achieve regional targets.
- Promote and represent Visions within the local community. Create good public relations.
- Establish and maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and member service within the branch.
- Accountable for team output and delivering team goals.
- Inspire team to perform through effective communication, motivation, and leading by example.
- Foster an inclusive work environment for team members to be respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their ideas.
- Monitor and ensure branch operations are compliant with applicable rules and regulations.
- Obtain and maintain a NMLS license & Registry, with requirement for Notary Public license.
- Certified and perform Medallion Signature Guarantee requests.
- Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
- Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

- Perform other duties needed to help fulfill our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization's values.
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or 7-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Services in lieu of degree.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Must obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
- Must be able to learn and perform all functions within branch environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.
