Automation Data Analyst Intern

The Role:

We're looking for a curious, motivated intern to join our dynamic team and help turn industry complexity into actionable strategy. You'll assist with market research, analyze real-world data, and contribute to initiatives that are shaping the future of pharmacy fulfillment and automation.

This is a hands-on internship where your ideas are welcomed, your questions are encouraged, and your work will make a real impact. We're not looking for perfection-we're looking for students who are eager to learn, explore new ideas, and grow. You'll have the support of experienced mentors and teammates along the way.

The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from Tuesday, May 26, 2026, through Friday, July 31, 2026.

What You'll Do

Industry Research

• Explore pharmacy automation, healthcare trends, and regulatory updates.
• Track emerging technologies and innovations in medication delivery.
• Help summarize findings into clear, easy-to-understand briefs.

Data & Insights

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing real datasets.
• Learn to build visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Help identify trends, risks, or opportunities in the data.

Strategic Support

• Support strategy discussions with research and analysis.
• Participate in modeling "what if" scenarios for new ideas or projects.
• Contribute to cross-team initiatives, from pilot programs to process improvements.

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with teammates across engineering, operations, and client services.
• Present your findings in ways that are clear, engaging, and tailored to different audiences.
• Ask questions, share ideas, and grow your confidence in a collaborative setting.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Naturally curious and comfortable asking, "Why?" or "What if?"
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and open to learning tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• A strong communicator who can tailor ideas for different audiences-whether it's a short summary or a more detailed breakdown.
• Ready to contribute, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Even better if you have:

• Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, automation, or regulatory topics (but not required).
• Experience working on team projects or presenting findings to a group.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
