Role Description Epic Lumens Implementation – Project Lead Analyst

Our client is a leading regional hospital system located in New York, and recently announced plans to implement Epic Lumens across the organization. This project requires a Project Lead Analyst to assist in the planning and implementation of Lumens, with the hope this resource will stay on as a full-time employee to then maintain the application. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Epic HER system, with specific expertise in the Lumens module for managing endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows.

Qualified candidates must be Epic Radiant Certified, and ideally have their Lumens Certification as well.

The ideal candidate will have strong Provider facing experience (physicians, nurses etc) as this is a Provider heavy application. Strong experience configuring, troubleshooting and optimizing the Lumens system is required, as is experience training users and ensuring data accuracy. This resource will be expected to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week – travel will be reimbursed for the right candidate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • This can be a contracted role for the successful planning, oversight and implementation of the application, or can be a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right resource. Salary range for this role is between $130,000 - $150,000. Hourly rate will be based on the experience and qualifications of each candidate.
