** As a Compensation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our pay programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with organizational goals. - ** What You’ll Do
*** Create and maintain job profiles in Workday, including job responsibilities and pay details.
* Conduct market analysis to ensure UHS compensation programs remain competitive.
* Participate in compensation surveys and assist in analyzing results.
* Support annual compensation programs, including performance management, salary increases, and incentive programs.
* Collaborate with Total Rewards leadership to evaluate pay structures and recommend improvements.
* Be part of a mission-driven organization deeply rooted in community.

** What We’re Looking For
**** Education/
Experience:
** Minimum
Required:
* Associate's degree in human resources or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in human resources and/or compensation administration
* 5 or more years of experience in human resources and/or compensation administration may be considered to satisfy the degree requirement
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in healthcare preferred
** License/Certification
** Preferred:
* CCP Certification Compensation Professional
* Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)-----#
