Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are CHE Behavioral Health Services, a leading APA‑approved, clinician‑led behavioral health company. Since 1995, we specialize in serving adult and geriatric residents in short‑term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities.

Job Overview

We are looking for full‑time and part‑time Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC). Our clinicians define this work as a perfect balance between flexibility and efficiency.

  • W‑2 employed positions
  • Medical, Dental, Vision (for full‑time employees)

Schedule

Typically, LMHCs work between Monday and Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, creating their own custom schedules.

With over 800 facility partners, we will work with you to identify the best “fit” and work‑site location(s). Our interview process focuses on your skill sets, interests and geographic location to match you to the best available facility.
