Pay Range: $15.50- $19.50
SummaryPharmacy/Cashier Teammate supports pharmacists by processing customer orders, ensuring a safe, efficient customer service experience and performing general housekeeping duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the preparation of prescriptions (retrieving medications from shelves, counting or pouring medications, labeling containers, and pricing prescriptions).
- Provide a friendly, helpful, safe shopping experience for all customers.
- Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding pharmacy operations, safety, and sanitation.
- Enter customer data into the computer, keep accurate records, and complete all necessary paperwork related to the pharmacy.
- Process orders, including filling prescriptions and accepting payment.
- Fulfill general housekeeping duties.
- Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product.
- May also work on the front end, responsible for accurately scanning and/or processing all customer orders.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
