Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team providing structured, ongoing therapy. In this role, you’ll manage a consistent caseload, conduct video sessions, and guide clients through treatment plans focused on real-life changes in their relationships and family systems.

• Deliver scheduled telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct assessments, formulate clinical impressions, and provide diagnoses where appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide psychoeducation and skills training around communication, emotional regulation, and family roles.
• Document all clinical contacts quickly and accurately in the EHR.
• Attend virtual team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in New York.
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience working with couples and families preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health records.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
