As a Surg Tech Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our medical and nursing teams while completing your Surgical Technologist education.
This program combines paid work experience with educational support, setting you up for success as a future Surg Tech.

Work Shift:
Rotational
Compensation Range: $17.98 - $25.17 per hour, depending on experience
You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.
What You’ll Do- Assist nursing and surgical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Maintain competencies as outlined in the Surg Tech Education Incentive Program.
- Learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment while balancing coursework.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety.
- Follow infection control policies and use PPE as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent walking, standing, and lifting
- Enrolled in applicable Certified Surgical Technologist Program
- Previous work experience in an Operating Room setting
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn
- CPR Certification within 3 months of hire
