- Night Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) per week

Position Summary:
The RN provides professional, comprehensive care in an acute setting, ensuring safety, compassion, and evidence-based practice, aligned with standards and ethics.
Education, License & Certification:
- RN license in the state of employment
- BSN preferred
- Specialty Certification preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS dependent on unit
Experience:
Minimum one year of RN experience or transition from NLRN program; BLS certification maintained; ACLS as required by unit.
Essential Functions include assessment, care planning, advocacy, education, safety, professional development, and leadership.
Other Duties include IT proficiency, teamwork, critical judgment, interpersonal skills, and managing responsibilities effectively.
Pay Range: $37.50 - $53.06/hour based on experience.
