MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor youth (ages 14–20) in a two-day instructional setting and a five-week work placement. Mentors will travel to various work sites to work with the youth, provide supportive feedback, and reinforce positive work behaviors. Mentors will assist the teachers and site supervisors to ensure participants are developing personal and job-related skills that are transferable to post-program education, training and employment.
- Three (3) Professional References Required - These must be filled out in the section of your application where requested.
- A copy of your diploma may be uploaded in place of transcripts if necessary

- Recent post-secondary experience — preferably college
