Reports to: Senior Staff Assistant to the Vice President for Advancement, Executive Director of the Foundation and Chief Advancement Officer.
Job DescriptionServe as a confidential and administrative secretary to the Division of Advancement.
Requirements- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and to analyze and organize materials.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Experience with a variety of packaged computer software.
- Management of complex scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people and publics.
- Ability to work independently and with highly confidential information.
- At least 5 years of experience working for an administrator of a complex unit.
- Ability to create a collegial work environment both in and outside the Division of Advancement.
- Evidence of initiative and self‑motivation.
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
