Position Overview :
A well-established and growing healthcare system in Upstate New York is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join a busy, multidisciplinary Orthopedics and Rehabilitation practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that emphasizes high-quality patient care, professional growth, and academic involvement.
Practice Highlights:
• Join a comprehensive orthopedic and rehabilitation group that includes:oTotal joint surgeons (knee, hip, shoulder) oHand and trauma surgeonso
Sports medicine physician so
Physiatrist and non-operative musculoskeletal specialists
• Supported by advanced practice providers, experienced clinical teams, and strong administrative staff.
• Located in a state-of-the-art facility featuring Physical Therapy, Podiatry, Chiropractic, and Rheumatology services for a true multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Established regional referral base with strong internal support from a large primary care network.
Academic and Research Opportunities:
• Opportunities to teach residents and medical students from regional academic programs.
• Participate in clinical education for sports medicine fellows.
• Involvement in clinical research encouraged and supported.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive starting salary ($337,000-$355,000), commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
