Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or site leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and access control concerns, and complete detailed reports and documentation per site requirements.;
Support store operations during high-traffic periods by providing a visible presence, assisting with customer questions, and directing individuals to appropriate resources and/or exits when necessary.
