** As a grave shift
*** Security Officer***, you will help ensure our property remains a safe and welcoming environment for every guest and team member. From proactive patrols to providing assistance with professionalism and care, you will play a key role in delivering the kind of service that sets MGM Resorts apart. Your presence helps create peace of mind—so guests can focus on enjoying their stay and making unforgettable memories.
** THE STARTING RATE**: **$17.75 an hour

SCHEDULE:

** Grave Shift | 10 hour9:15pm - 7:15am
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Monitor, guard, and patrol all areas of the property
* Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories while remaining alert and aware of your surroundings
* Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety
* Act as a first responder in emergency situations
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Obtains a Driver’s License & Mississippi Gaming Permit as required
* Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Demonstrates 1+ years of customer service experience
* Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
* Describes themselves as professional with sound judgment and integrity
