• Perform any and all duties as assigned by management.
• Complete daily checklists and production charts as directed by the supervisor.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a full‑service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence and to present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings.
• Basic math skills: addition,, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and interpretation of bar graphs.
• Application of common‑sense reasoning to carry out written or oral instructions and solve problems with few concrete variables.
• Knowledge and use of all kitchen tools and equipment; ability to identify and reject spoiled or questionable products; ability to read, comprehend, and execute recipes.
• Ability to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds; requirement to stand, use hands, reach, talk or hear; vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception; exposure to electrical shock risk; moderate noise level.
• Qualified to obtain required licenses and permits per federal, state, and local regulations.

The position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
