From preparing crowd favorites and game-day bites to executing every dish with precision and flavor, you will play a key role in fueling the fun for our guests. Working alongside a talented culinary team, you will uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality—making every service a winning experience.
** THE STARTING RATE**: $16.16 an hour

SCHEDULE:

*** Full Time | 40 hours
* Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the business needs and the sport season
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
* Safely operate kitchen equipment and prepare dishes with consistency and care
* Restock supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
* Label and date all products while following strict sanitation standards
* Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to quality and speed
* Assist kitchen leadership and teammates to keep service running smoothly
* Prepare and maintain strong knowledge of sauces, soups, and other base items
* Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and support a fast-moving operation
