• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, serve items promptly, and accommodate special requests.
• Develop a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Process payments correctly, ensuring the accuracy of guest checks and transaction methods to prevent errors.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all items meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including busing, resetting tables, and restocking supplies.
• Perform opening and closing side work, including restocking, cleaning, and setup tasks, as directed.
• Actively participate in pre-shift and department meetings to stay informed on products, services, and operational updates.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth and efficient service operations.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations
• Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions
• Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests

• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth service operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for night shift positions.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)

• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
