• Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers and team members.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Transports all dirty tableware to the designated washing area for cleaning.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions and performs all assigned cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
• Serves as an ambassador for all Food and Beverage outlets and supports superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards.
• Reports issues and/or guest complaints to leadership.
• Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
• Responsible for compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior food handling, cashier, or attendant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
