Schedule: Monday–Friday and Sunday mornings

Jan King Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable and professional Day Porter Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial environments while providing excellent customer service.

• Perform all aspects of commercial cleaning, including:
  • Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
  • Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
  • Emptying garbage
  • Cleaning restrooms
• Work independently or with a partner
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their needs
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organized work habits
• Demonstrate respect and professionalism when working around people

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Clean background check
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to:
  • Lift up to 40 pounds
  • Stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours
• Must be well-groomed
