RoleParks and retrieves guest vehicles and transports luggage. Runners have a profound impact on service as they are often the first and last point of contact guests have with the property.
Responsibilities- Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
- Answers incoming phone calls, routing as necessary.
- Greets and interacts with guests on the front drive and in lobbies.
- Disseminates information to guests as requested.
- Parks and retrieves cars as per established guidelines.
- Inspects cars for pre-existing damage and documenting ticket accordingly.
- Unloads cars and transports guest luggage as per established guidelines.
- Assists in moving luggage and belongings from one guestroom to another (room changes).
- Delivers keys, messages, amenities etc. to guestrooms as requested.
- Stores luggage for guests as requested.
- Transports guest luggage and belongings from guestroom and load vehicle (checkout).
- Assists in answering incoming phone calls.
- Documents all “runs”.
- Arranges for transportation for guests as requested (taxis, limos, etc.).
- Monitors Bell and front drive area for cleanliness.
- Resolves guest issues.
- Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
- Transports guests by Company vehicle as necessary.
- Adheres to established Guest Service initiative set by the Company.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; good driving
