The JobAs a full-time MGM Rewards Representative at Beau Rivage, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests into the world of MGM Rewards. Whether enrolling new members, assisting with account details, or offering personalized recommendations, you’ll help create the kind of moments guests will never forget. This is your chance to shine on the front lines of hospitality—delivering service with a smile while showcasing all the perks that come with being part of our world-class loyalty program.
The Starting Rate: $13.50 an hour
The Day-to-day- Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities based on established company guidelines
- Greet each guest with a smile and hear their stories as you offer recommendations, complete transactions, and issue loyalty program cards
- Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest resolution
- Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shift, to include weekends and holidays
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
- Describes themselves as detail-oriented and organized
- Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time
