The Count Room Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Count Room in accordance with gaming regulations and accounting procedures.

• Responsible for efficient overall operation of the Count Room and staff.
• Ensure Count Room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations.
• Complete financial reports, paperwork, and secure information within the room.
• Ensure compliance of internal controls for all accounting and cash handling.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
• Develop staff, conduct interviews, hires, and evaluations.
• Manage processes and procedures to reduce loss of time and injuries.
• Review Count Room activities with the Count Room Manager.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five to seven years’ experience in casino finance or banking with a 4‑year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Valid gaming license.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that makes guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to achieve organizational goals.
• Present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while projecting a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
