A large Refinery is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead on-site materials and warehousing operations at a high-volume refinery location in Billings, Montana. This role is critical to ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and safe warehouse operations in support of plant maintenance and operations teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader with SAP experience who wants to work in a fast-paced, safety-driven industrial environment.
What You’ll Do- Supervise daily warehouse and material handling operations
- Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse staff
- Maintain inventory accuracy using SAP (Material Master & MM transactions)
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and Procurement teams
- Oversee receiving, issuing, storage, and cycle counts
- Support critical spares, shutdowns, and maintenance readiness
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes
- 5+ years of warehouse or materials experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Materials Management
- Experience with MRO inventory and plant support materials
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting
- Refining, oil & gas, power, chemical, mining, or heavy industrial experience
- High-impact role supporting plant reliability
