• $905 or more per week
• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Hours Per Week: 40–45 hours per week
• Overnights for route in Ryder booked hotel – typically 1 overnight per week
• Paid training
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday
• Start Time: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM dispatch

• This position primarily involves safely driving a vehicle within and outside Billings, MT, while complying with safety regulations, maintaining continuous training, and providing customer service.
• Additional responsibilities include:
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records and loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by the customer.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test, Background Check, Motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, and regulations.
• Verifiable driving experience:
• 6 months experience in the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years.
• Minimum of 12 months of verifiable box truck driving experience for tractor type: straight truck (26').
• Experience driving in snow.
• Must have equipment knowledge: pallet jack and liftgate.
• Ready to travel:
  Regional/Home Daily Mix – 1 night out per week (MT, WY).
