Compensation: $18/hour + $500/month housing rental available on property + lesson income

Eagle Rock Golf Course is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant PGA Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a golf professional who is looking to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of golf operations, instruction, and tournament management in a fun and welcoming environment. We are a family owned business and are growing every year!

Compensation Package:

• Hourly Wage: $18/hour
• Housing Available: $500/month - Location on Property
• Lesson Revenue:
  Lesson opportunities with potential to increase when performance center is completed. Currently under construction and will include Trackman Technology.

• Enrolled in or working toward PGA PGM Program preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge running and operating Trackman Unit
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, tournament software, and golf shop operations
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

• Assist with daily golf operations including tee time management, customer service, and merchandise sales
• Support and run club events, leagues, and tournaments
• Provide individual and group instruction to players of all levels
• Promote the game of golf through exceptional guest experiences
• Help maintain the appearance and organization of the golf shop
• Ensure compliance with all PGA and facility policies and standards
