This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifeguard located at Oasis Waterpark in Billings, MT. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all waterpark guests by monitoring activities in swimming areas, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies as needed. Additional responsibilities include conducting water rescues, providing first aid or CPR when required, performing routine pool maintenance, and assisting with guest services to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

• Willingness to obtain a Lifeguard Certification
• Experience in Water Safety, Swimming, and Lifeguard Techniques
• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to stay alert and respond quickly in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail for monitoring safety and identifying potential hazards
• Ability to handle outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance practices is a plus
