Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services of the Adult Programs, develops and oversees the daily operation of the adult sober living facility and ensures it is always physically safe and secure. Performs assigned interventions as needed to conform with administrative rules of Montana. Follow program philosophies, goals, and objectives, which are congruent with the mission and objectives of New Day, Inc.

EDUCATION AND/OR
EXPERIENCE:
Have a minimum of a high-school diploma, GED, HISET, or equivalent. Experience with chemical dependency and recovery along with co-occurring mental health issues. Familiarity with work processing and computer concepts. Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality and exhibit diplomacy and tact.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid. Must have a valid Montana driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Comply with the Immigration Control and Reform Act through the filling out of an I-9 form.
PHYSCIAL DEMANDSPHYSCIAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifteen pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This is a non-smoking environment.
