Pierce RV Supercenter in Billings is looking to hire Entry Level RV Technicians, individuals looking to learn a lifelong trade and grow with a company. Pierce Company will provide training!! Successful candidates will possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fixing mechanical, handy man skills, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance problems.
Competitive structure, base pay $18-30 DOE, plus commission.
- Perform electrical plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
- Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by the supervisor or designee
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
